The Refurb Lab Warranty Policy
Term and Condition:
1. Standard warranty (Faulty items)
The Refurb Lab’s warranty is limited to component failure and transport damage while item is being shipped to the customer. Our warranty policy does not cover physical damage of items due to improper installation. Please test the screens for physical damage before installation as warranty will be rejected if the screen has been used and it was likely damaged by installation.
The Refurb Lab’s spare parts come with a 12 months warranty unless specified otherwise in writing. It is your responsibility to test all parts within 12 months of purchase, The Refurb Lab will not apply store credit or refund to your account after 12 months from the date of purchase.
The Refurb Labwill apply store credit or exchange on the customer’s account if the product qualifies for our warranty policy. Should there be any previous pending amount owed to The Refurb Lab the store credit amount will be used to deduct the amount owed to The Refurb Lab.
The Refurb Lab reserves the right of final decision on the warranty items in question.
2. Return Policy
All faulty parts need to be returned with its package for identification.
All faulty parts need to be returned to our warehouse to be inspected.
Please be aware The Refurb Lab uses a security sticker or stamp on its parts to help you identify our products. The Refurb Lab’s logo or sticker has the word “ADT” or “RFL” on it. If you return the parts that is not purchased from The Refurb Lab, the sender will need to be responsible for postage cost for the return of those items.
Postage fee is non refundable in all cases.
